About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role will support and grow the sales pipeline through opportunity identification, estimating, proposal development, account support, follow-up, and CRM management, with a focus on dewatering systems, water treatment, and stormwater compliance services. This person will work closely with project plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports to identify opportunities and develop practical and cost-effective solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities

- Existing Account Growth: Expansion of house accounts through new services, facilities, chemistry, equipment, O&M, or reactivated work.
- Opportunity Identification/Research: Identify qualified projects and account targets through WA, OR, and CA data analysis and client research. Review project plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports to identify scope and requirements.
- Sales/Estimating Support: Complete estimate development, estimate reviews, pricing updates, and rate reviews accurately and on time. Develop complete bid packages including equipment, labor, and treatment systems. Size dewatering systems (pumps, piping, filtration, tanks, etc.) based on project conditions. Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for submission. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to confirm pricing and availability.
- Pipeline Progression/Follow-Up: Follow up on pricing and proposals and escalate stalled opportunities to sales leadership and management. Track bid opportunities and deadlines to ensure timely submissions. Communicate with general contractors, project managers, and clients as needed. Assist with project handoff to the project manager following contract award.
- CRM/Data Integrity: Maintain accurate account and opportunity records, including stage, value, contacts, next actions, dates, and ownership. Support the team with additional duties and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in construction estimating, inside sales, or a related field.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset.
- High attention to detail and organization.
- Able to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Excel and other general estimating tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Dewatering systems, groundwater control, or water treatment.
- Stormwater compliance / SWPPP knowledge.
- Working with public works or infrastructure projects.
Licensing & Special Requirements
Subject to a criminal background check.
Working Conditions
Most of the work is performed in an office environment. Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
