Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Actively promote products and services to prospects and customers by telephone
- Meet assigned daily sales targets plus daily call volume goals
- Provide excellent customer service to phone and internet customers
- Resolve problems reported by our customers
- Apply procedures, products, and services consistently
- Produce quotes and with accuracy and attention to detail
Skills And Qualifications
- 2+ years sales experience with industrial equipment preferred, but not required
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Previous experience including prospecting, lead generation, and lead management preferred
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written correspondence
- Demonstrated proficiency with systems and data entry accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office CRM/Sales-I experience a plus
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive
