What You'll Do:

- Engage with qualified leads and set in-home appointments - Clearly explain pest control service options and customize plans based on customer needs - Build lasting customer relationships based on integrity and professionalism - Meet and exceed sales goals through self-discipline and drive - Maintain accurate records and follow up with potential clients - Fully onsite in the office Mon-Fri, no weekends - schedule is mixed 7am-4pm and 9am-6pm

What We're Looking For:

- Prior in-home sales experience is required - Previous pest control sales experience is a plus - A self-starter with strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset - Someone with a high level of personal integrity and work ethic - Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based role
