Responsibilities
- Act as a key contact to customers to provide information on complete sales cycle from quote through delivery.
- Contact current and potential customers to generate sales.
- Sell and convert accounts to recurring revenue service contracts.
- Maintain paperwork, purchase orders, rental agreements, and reports to respond to customer inquiries promptly and ensure internal process requirements are met.
- Handle inventory to stocking levels and ensure the order process is complete and error-free.
- Mentor peers and share standard methodologies with those less experienced as needed.
Qualifications
- Customer service and inside sales experience preferred.
- Ability to understand the need, solve problems, and respond in an efficient manner.
- Strong organizational, time management, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
- A strong knowledge and comfort level with computers.
- HVAC experience preferred but not required.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Pay
Annual Base Salary Range: $56,936.66 - $82,809.99
Compensation Type: Exceptional Hourly Incentive Eligible
No Sales Commission Eligible
