About the role

We invite you to apply to our Inside Sales opening. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll grow the customer base and drive branch profitability by building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering value-added plumbing solutions that meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a 90%+ customer satisfaction score. You’ll engage customers through proactive outreach, accurate quoting, and timely follow-ups to ensure project success and repeat business.

  • Strong mastery of Reece product lines and sales processes—or the ability to quickly learn and apply product knowledge to lead customer conversations with confidence

  • Confidence in proactive selling, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, delivering accurate quotes, and ensuring timely follow-up that drives repeat business and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent account management skills with the ability to manage multiple customers, timelines, and priorities while ensuring seamless project execution and on-time order fulfillment
  • A strategic, insights-driven approach to monitoring sales trends, forecasting opportunities, and implementing initiatives that consistently improve regional performance
  • A consultative, solutions-focused selling mindset that leverages expert product knowledge to recommend optimal solutions aligned with project goals and profitability

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account management in a wholesale distribution, plumbing supply, or construction-related industry
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Proficiency with CRM systems - Eclipse
