Qualifications

  • 2 years' Experience with Coil
  • Computer Proficiency
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Familiarity with industrial products and services

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and fax
  • Generate and follow up on product quotes
  • Provide technical support and product guidance to customers
  • Process sales orders, returns, credits, and debits
  • Maintain inventory and communicate concerns to purchasing/management
  • Resolve customer service issues with professionalism
  • Continuously expand product and service knowledge
  • Collaborate across departments to meet customer needs
  • Occasionally travel to support business goals
  • Track competitor pricing and product offerings
  • Support quality assurance initiatives
