Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Increase revenue through acquiring new accounts and suggesting sales techniques.
• Deliver services to customers by coordinating orders for deliveries and pick-ups, and handling telephone inquiries involving some mechanical or operational troubleshooting.
• Act as a virtual link between customers, sales, dispatch, and management to ensure quality solutions and service.
• Work approximately 80% in the office and 20% in the yard, cross training with Dispatch.

Requirements

• 2-3 years Customer Service experience required.
• 2-3 years Inside sales (direct customer contact) experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with a team and independently.
• Technologically capable: Microsoft Suite knowledge and Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), AS 400 highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills and an infectious personality.
• Valid unrestricted Driver's License, meet minimum age requirement of 21, to drive company vehicle.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to switch tasks easily.

Pay

Pay Range: $22.10 - $30.40/hr, based on experience.

Schedule

Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Overtime Eligible!)
