Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Aid customers in selecting appropriate coverage options.
- Handle approximately 25-35 inbound calls daily.
- Close 4-5 leads per day.
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
- Stay updated on products and services.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- On-site work at headquarters in St. Peters, MO.
- Motivated, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Experience in consumer sales, preferably in a call center.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Willingness to obtain a Missouri license (company-supported).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Willing to work 2 Saturdays per month.
