Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Aid customers in selecting appropriate coverage options.
  • Handle approximately 25-35 inbound calls daily.
  • Close 4-5 leads per day.
  • Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
  • Stay updated on products and services.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

  • On-site work at headquarters in St. Peters, MO.
  • Motivated, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Experience in consumer sales, preferably in a call center.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Willingness to obtain a Missouri license (company-supported).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Willing to work 2 Saturdays per month.
