Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and developing new business
  • Lead generation and utilizing CRM to track activity
  • Selling and setting up new accounts
  • Training customers on use and advantages of web-based shipping and technology
  • Maintaining and growing customer relationships
  • Training and Development

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • 0-2 years’ sales or similar experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solver with ability to identify issues and provide solutions
  • Determined to be part of a winning team
  • Strategic relationship builder with focus on customer pipeline and key decision makers

Compensation

  • $40,000K Salary + Uncapped Commission

Physical Requirements

  • Job functions require long periods of sitting and working from computer workstation
  • Able to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent organization and record keeping skills
  • Comfortable with oral and written communications, primarily on the telephone and email
  • Requires extended periods of sitting, normal walking, bending, twisting, and stretching
