About the role

We are seeking Inside Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team at Office1. Our company, established in 1995, specializes in providing office technology solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), enabling us to be one of the fastest-growing managed service providers in the Western United States.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and optimize SMB accounts in our target markets.
  • Build and implement technology roadmaps for businesses to enhance their operations.
  • Make outbound sales calls to generate business-to-business leads.
  • Schedule sales appointments for Account Executives.
  • Support the sales team in maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
  • Closely assist in closing new business deals.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Experience in call centers or cold calling is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced, and goal-driven environment.
  • Coachable and committed to achieving success.
  • One year of B2B sales experience preferred, but candidates with strong B2C sales or customer service backgrounds will also be considered.
  • Ability to develop new business and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to help businesses grow.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
