Qwikkit is transforming how multi-family properties and single-family homes renovate kitchens and bathrooms. Since 2017, we’ve helped property owners, general contractors, and property managers modernize their spaces affordably and with speed. We deliver all-in-one cabinet refacing kits, doors, fronts, paint, and hardware — everything needed for a clean, professional installation with minimal downtime.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Serve as a trusted advisor — helping customers plan renovations, manage inventory, and optimize orders.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through attentive account management and consistent follow-up.
- Conduct virtual meetings and check-ins to stay aligned with customer needs and project timelines.
- Proactively manage renewals, repeat orders, and long-term account health.
- Provide proactive communication, anticipating challenges before they become problems.
- Ensure timely resolution of service issues by collaborating with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records, forecasts, and communication logs.
- Track key metrics such as account growth, repeat purchase rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly account retention and expansion goals.
- Work closely with Marketing and Customer Support to ensure customers receive consistent communication and service.
- Share customer feedback and insights that help shape future products and processes.
- Support teammates by sharing best practices and success stories.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of inside sales, account management, or customer success experience.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a CRM environment (Salesforce preferred).
- Comfort leading virtual meetings and presenting to customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, manufacturing, or home improvement industries.
- Knowledge of multi-family or property management customers.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn, or other digital sales tools.
