Responsibilities

  • Establishes, develops business relationships with prospective customers from inbound internet leads and customer calls to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
  • Makes telephone calls and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services.
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment.
  • Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
  • Provides pre- and post-sales support to customers.
  • Develop and maintain proposal database.
  • Completes ongoing Sales Performance Improvement training to achieve and maintain Key Performance Indicators month over month.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be an active problem solver.
  • Must be results focused with an ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Proficiency contact management software. Knowledge and experience with HubSpot is preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
