Responsibilities
- Establishes, develops business relationships with prospective customers from inbound internet leads and customer calls to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
- Makes telephone calls and presentations to prospective customers.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services.
- Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment.
- Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
- Provides pre- and post-sales support to customers.
- Develop and maintain proposal database.
- Completes ongoing Sales Performance Improvement training to achieve and maintain Key Performance Indicators month over month.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be an active problem solver.
- Must be results focused with an ability to work independently and with a team.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Proficiency contact management software. Knowledge and experience with HubSpot is preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
