INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative with strong customer service, administrative, and sales skills to join our team. We are a full-service equipment company specializing in industrial and construction equipment since 1956 and are listed in the top 40 on the Rental Equipment Register's Top 100. Responsibilities

• Engage with current and prospective customers to build lasting relationships via in-person, telephone, and/or email
• Manage the rental order process, including coordinating with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests
• Effectively communicate with all involved parties, including Salespeople, Coordinators, Managers, and Customers, providing accurate quotes and fulfillment updates

Requirements

• High School Diploma/Equivalent with relevant experience - College Degree preferred
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to present and sell at all customer levels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking to meet customers' needs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Solid administrative skills

Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions

• Working in operating facilities and outdoors
• Encountering varying weather conditions and temperatures
• Frequent use of a computer keyboard while reading the computer screen
• Continuously required to talk or hear; and regularly required to sit, stand, walk, or climb
• Must be able to lift 100 pounds on occasion
