Inside Sales Representative
Responsibilities
- Cold call within assigned account base to drive Epson brand messaging
- Establish a strong Epson presence within an account base with various technology decision-makers
- Interact with all appropriate internal and external customers to insure successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies with the customer
- Met/Exceeds sales and product objectives in territory by effectively utilizing available resources
- Identify and understand the customer’s needs and provide solutions using Epson products, programs, and services
- Keep abreast of product lines and industry trends to inform Epson management on developments and trends that may impact customers’ purchases
- Identify sales training needs of the accounts; prepares and delivers training as needed
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and thorough manner; escalates issues to the manager as appropriate
- Provide Sales Manager with monthly 90-day sales forecasts
- Adhere to all administrative policies and procedures, utilizing and logging activities into SF.com as appropriate
- Operate within budgetary constraints
- Submit weekly activity/call reports, and maintains customer database
Requirements
- 2-5 years experience as an Inside Sales Representative or in a Call Center environment; familiarity with selling technology products a plus
- Account management experience
- Salesforce and Bid Desk Best Practices adherence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively work independently and within a team environment to accomplish sales goals
- Flexibility of traveling to tradeshows as needed
- Completion of an undergraduate program (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience

Pay
The starting hourly base pay for this role is between USD $27.59 and $36.24 (equivalent to $57,387 to $75,379 per year based on 2,080 hours). In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in Epson's sales incentive compensation plan. Target total compensation is structured under a 70/30 pay mix, with approximately 70% of target compensation represented by base salary and 30% represented by target incentive compensation.
Schedule
This position will be based out of our Los Alamitos, CA office with the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule.
