Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries for service and project requests
- Qualify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, property managers, and end users
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and open opportunities to close sales
Estimating & Quoting
- Prepare accurate quotes for service, repairs, maintenance agreements, retrofits, and small projects
- Review plans, specs, and customer requirements for bid opportunities
- Coincide with field technicians and estimators for scope verification and pricing
- Ensure proposals are submitted timely and professionally
Account Management
- Manage existing customer accounts and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Promote preventative maintenance agreements and long-term service contracts
- Maintain regular communication with key customers to drive repeat business
Coordination & Support
- Work closely with dispatch, service, and installation teams to ensure smooth job execution
- Communicate job scope, timelines, and customer expectations internally
- Assist with scheduling and project handoffs as needed
CRM & Administrative
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecast updates
- Aid in reporting and sales performance metrics
