What You’ll Do
- Engage warm leads only (no cold calling!) and close deals in a high-volume, high-energy environment.
- Conduct consultative wellness conversations based on each customer’s DNA and biometric data.
- Build rapport quickly and guide customers toward transformative health decisions.
- Educate prospects on the science behind AlterMe’s program and wearable tech.
- Follow up via phone, email, and text—staying organized, fast, and persistent.
- Overcome objections and hit performance goals in a performance-based culture.

Requirements
- 1+ year of sales experience preferred (fitness, wellness, SaaS, or high-volume inbound a plus)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and digital communications
- Full-time, in-office role in Lehi, UT
