What You’ll Do

  • Engage warm leads only (no cold calling!) and close deals in a high-volume, high-energy environment.
  • Conduct consultative wellness conversations based on each customer’s DNA and biometric data.
  • Build rapport quickly and guide customers toward transformative health decisions.
  • Educate prospects on the science behind AlterMe’s program and wearable tech.
  • Follow up via phone, email, and text—staying organized, fast, and persistent.
  • Overcome objections and hit performance goals in a performance-based culture.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales experience preferred (fitness, wellness, SaaS, or high-volume inbound a plus)
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and digital communications
  • Full-time, in-office role in Lehi, UT
