Inside Sales Rep/Service Dispatcher

As we grow, we’re looking to bring on a highly organized, customer-focused Inside Sales Rep/Service Dispatcher (full-time) who thrives in a fast-paced environment to play a key role in driving revenue and daily operations. This position involves high call volume, inbound/outbound calls, in-store customers, closing/booking jobs, scheduling technicians, and handling interruptions on the fly—speed and accuracy are critical.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching & Operations
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians for residential, commercial, and auto glass jobs
  • Optimize daily routes for efficiency and productivity
  • Coordinate job timelines, materials, and customer expectations
  • Manage work orders and ensure accuracy from start to finish
• Inside Sales & Customer Service
  • Answer inbound calls and convert inquiries into booked jobs
  • Provide quotes, follow up on leads/opportunities via outbound calls, and close sales
  • Upsell additional services and identify revenue opportunities
  • Deliver a professional, friendly, and solution-focused customer experience
• Administrative & Support
  • Order glass, parts, and materials from vendors (learn varieties of glass)
  • Track inventory and ensure job readiness
  • Process billing, payments, and job documentation
  • Maintain organized records and communication with customers

Requirements

• 2+ years of high-volume call center, inside sales, service dispatch, customer service, or home-service experience highly desired
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to sell and close business over the phone, including upselling
• Highly organized with strong multitasking ability
• Accustomed to working in a fast-paced, team environment
• Problem solver with high attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with experience in scheduling systems, CRM (Service Titan), and office software; intermediate to advanced typing skills (fast typing while talking required)

This is not a traditional customer service position—it combines inside sales with service dispatch.

Pay

Excellent compensation of $19–$22/hour (DOE) plus an annual bonus based on performance.
