About the role

The client is expanding their sales team in Burr Ridge, Illinois, focusing on generating new commercial contracts and supporting existing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Possess and generate new business for commercial services
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline of prospects in the CRM
  • Follow up with leads to drive contract opportunities
  • Develop and present service proposals and pricing quotes
  • Build and maintain relationships with property managers and building owners
  • Conduct sales conversations primarily by phone, with occasional in-person meetings
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and requests
  • Follow up on quotes to advance deals through the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting and service alignment
  • Track all activity and customer interactions within the CRM system

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a lead generation, outbound prospecting role required
  • Experience generating new business through outbound calling to commercial clients required
  • Desire to grow into a full-cycle sales role required
  • Track record of success and stability within previous customer-facing roles required
  • Ability to work onsite daily in Burr Ridge
  • Travel around 10% across Chicagoland and NW Indiana
