About the role
The client is expanding their sales team in Burr Ridge, Illinois, focusing on generating new commercial contracts and supporting existing customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Possess and generate new business for commercial services
- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline of prospects in the CRM
- Follow up with leads to drive contract opportunities
- Develop and present service proposals and pricing quotes
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers and building owners
- Conduct sales conversations primarily by phone, with occasional in-person meetings
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and requests
- Follow up on quotes to advance deals through the sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting and service alignment
- Track all activity and customer interactions within the CRM system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a lead generation, outbound prospecting role required
- Experience generating new business through outbound calling to commercial clients required
- Desire to grow into a full-cycle sales role required
- Track record of success and stability within previous customer-facing roles required
- Ability to work onsite daily in Burr Ridge
- Travel around 10% across Chicagoland and NW Indiana
