Inside Sales/Provider Representative: CompHealth Medical Staffing

About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative in the CompHealth Allied Division, you will reach out to healthcare providers, learn their career goals, and match them with healthcare facilities that need their services. This role is challenging, especially in the first year or two, but becomes more rewarding as you build a network of interested providers. You’ll leave each day knowing you’ve made a difference in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to healthcare providers to understand their career goals
• Match providers with healthcare facilities that need their services
• Develop prospective business through numerous channels
• Negotiate contracts to maximize gross margin

Qualifications

• At least one year of sales experience selling products or services
• Intrinsically motivated with the ability to persevere through tough markets
• Passion for sales and a "roll up your sleeves and get the job done" mentality
• Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence clients through a consultative sales approach

Pay

We offer a pay range of $60,000 -- $250,000 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level, and experience. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses.
