Inside Sales Manager
Position Overview
Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets.
Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent to foster a high-performance culture.
Coach team members daily, review pipelines, and optimize sales processes.
Implement demand generation and outbound sales strategies to boost growth.
Collaborate with leadership to shape organizational growth and sales initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years leading an inside sales team or 4+ years as a top-performing outbound sales professional.
- Proven experience in developing sales teams, coaching, and performance management.
- Strong proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales analytics.
- Ability to build and implement high-velocity sales and demand generation strategies.
- High energy, competitive, process-oriented, and data-driven leadership style.
