Duties And Responsibilities
- Fielding customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide customer status on pending orders.
- Aid customers with quality inquiries.
- Enter customer orders.
- Process customer quotes.
- Keep the Sales CRM updated with contact information and interaction history.
- Stay informed on industry trends to help refine sales pitches and target strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years working within Customer Service.
- Experience working within an industrial setting preferred but not required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines across two different departments.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; and CRM platforms is a major plus.
- High level of integrity when handling sensitive employee information.
