Duties And Responsibilities

  • Fielding customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide customer status on pending orders.
  • Aid customers with quality inquiries.
  • Enter customer orders.
  • Process customer quotes.
  • Keep the Sales CRM updated with contact information and interaction history.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to help refine sales pitches and target strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years working within Customer Service.
  • Experience working within an industrial setting preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines across two different departments.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; and CRM platforms is a major plus.
  • High level of integrity when handling sensitive employee information.
