Inside Sales Administrator
Job Summary
ATI is seeking to hire an Inside Sales Specialist to support our Specialty Rolled Products business unit. This position is based in Natrona Heights, PA.
Job Duties
- Support contract administration and ensure adherence to commercial terms and conditions
- Prepare and submit quotations in alignment with pricing strategy
- Track orders from entry through shipment and communicate status updates to customers
- Aid with sales forecasting and report weekly/monthly sales activity
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through consistent engagement
- Cross-functionally coordinate with Technical, Planning, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues
- Monitor delivery performance and proactively address risks
- Support resolution of quality, logistics, and invoicing inquiries
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction within assigned energy accounts
Basic Qualifications
- Previous professional experience in a customer servicing role
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, supply chain, or related discipline
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities including strong organizational and analytical skills, clear and professional verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business systems
