About the role

This position is responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, telemarketing, and other sales techniques. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for government contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, telemarketing, and other sales techniques
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Research and analyze market trends to identify potential sales leads
  • Prepare and present proposals to potential clients
  • Follow up on leads and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience in government contracting industry
  • Knowledge of federal procurement regulations
