This position is responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, telemarketing, and other sales techniques. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for government contracts.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, telemarketing, and other sales techniques
- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Research and analyze market trends to identify potential sales leads
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience in government contracting industry
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations
