Inside Sales Center Agent - Rochester, NY

What You'll Be Doing

• Convert inbound and outbound phone calls into appointments
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different customer enquiries
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Participate in team meetings, 1:1 meetings and ongoing training as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid Drivers License
• Reliable vehicle to travel to and from the office
• 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
• Willingness to learn with a passion for building a career in Sales and Marketing
• Ability to work Monday - Friday (10:30 am to 6:30 pm) with a 1 hour lunch and Saturday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
• Strong understanding of PC and software along with excellent data entry and typing skills; preferably must be able to type 35 wpm
• Demonstrates a strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve with a sense of urgency
• Professional customer service listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately and maintain professionalism

Pay

• Guaranteed base pay of $18/hr
• Uncapped performance-based incentive plan paid out monthly
• After training, potential to earn up to $25/hr (base pay + incentives)
