About the role

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers, recommending additional and complimentary products, informing customers of current promotions and events, setting up advertising displays, arranging merchandise, and ensuring customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program. Accurately completing transactions and maintaining a professional store environment are also key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Create relationships and inspire loyalty among customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products to customers.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Requirements

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.
• Some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• Working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.

Pay

$15.00 to $17.00/hr, depending on experience.
