The Position
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting revenue growth by managing customer follow-up, qualifying leads, maintaining accurate pipeline visibility, supporting quote activity, and helping drive opportunities from lead through purchase order closure.
- Follow up on quotes with customers, third-party resellers, and channel partners to confirm procurement timelines, identify required revisions, and advance opportunities toward purchase order closure.
- Maintain extensive phone and email communication with customers, Sales Managers, channel partners, and internal teams to support active opportunities and customer needs.
- Conduct proactive check-in calls with existing customers to uncover new business opportunities, identify follow-on requirements, and support account growth in partnership with Sales Managers.
What You Bring To Safran
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in Inside Sales, sales development, or a commercial customer-facing role
- Autonomous in sales development, prospecting, qualification, and closing
- Strong ability to determine customer needs and position appropriate solutions
- Experience with pricing, negotiation, and basic legal/commercial terms
- Proficiency with CRM, ERP, and standard desktop software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across global functions
- Adaptable, customer-focused, and effective in managing time and priorities
