Responsibilities
- Generate and search new contacts with potential clients
- Quick connection with all the leads that show interest for the services and products
- Presenting services and products, and clear the client’s every doubt, proving transparency in the whole process
- Leads labeling
- Assuring that the proposals are sent in time, according to the client’s needs.
- Overcome their own goals, haggling and closing new contracts within the client profile in our scope
- To be disciplined on the day-to-day administration, powering correctly the CRM, following our processes, and keeping the Pipeline up to date
- Guaranteeing client’s satisfaction on the support process
Requirements
- Complete secondary education
- Technology and information security knowledge (not exclusive)
- Provable previous experience as Inside Sales and/or in commercial areas. Previous work as Inside Sales in other technology companies will make a great difference, specifically in the Information Security area
- Having excellent verbal and written skills, and argumentation ability
- Skills for negotiation and closing deals
- English and/or Portuguese knowledge (not exclusive)
- Ease to learn to use the needed systems and tools to perform at post
