About the role

Gulfeagle Supply is seeking an Inside Sales representative who is passionate about building relationships and serving customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and enjoy working with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Territory Manager and Branch Manager to ensure high-quality building products are provided to customers.
  • Strive to deliver excellent customer service and accurately process various types of customer orders and sales.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to create long-lasting relationships with new and existing buyers.
  • Price quote and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Operate a PC and related software, and handle cash and credit functions.
  • Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor for all customers and vendors.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the Branch Manager.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Ability to meet expectations as determined by the Branch Manager and budget as it relates to Branch sales.
  • Professional communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Quickly learn and retain knowledge of new products, specialty products, and systems.
  • Support, product availability, pricing, and delivery information to the Territory Manager as needed.
  • Customer sales experience with cold-calling and/or telemarketing skills.
  • Aptitude for developing counter and winning sales strategies.
  • Experience and responsibility with cash handling and credit functions.
  • Ability to operate a PC and related software.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet company timelines.
  • U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Skills

  • Bilingual - Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • 3+ years inside sales experience in related industry.

Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
