About the role

Gulfeagle Supply is seeking an Inside Sales representative who can build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Territory Manager and Branch Manager to ensure high-quality building products are provided to customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and sales strategies.
  • Process various types of customer orders and sales accurately.
  • Provide support and product information to the Territory Manager as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and assist in any way necessary.
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with new buyers.
  • Price quote and communicate with customers effectively.
  • Manage cash handling and credit functions responsibly.
  • Operate a PC and related software to support sales efforts.
  • Multitask, prioritize, and meet company timelines.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Ability to meet expectations as determined by the Branch Manager and budget as it relates to Branch sales.
  • Professional communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Quickly learn and retain knowledge about new products, specialty products, and systems.
  • Support and provide product availability, pricing, and delivery information to the Territory Manager.
  • Aptitude for developing counter and winning sales strategies.
  • Experience in inside sales in a related industry, preferably with bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to obtain and retain new buyers by creating long-lasting relationships.
  • Effective at price quoting and follow-up communication.
  • Experienced and responsible with cash handling and credit functions.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet company timelines.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Skills

  • Bilingual - Fluent in Spanish and English
  • 3+ years inside sales experience in related industry
