About the role

Gulfeagle Supply is seeking an Inside Sales representative who can build relationships and sell products to contractors and homeowners.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Territory Manager and Branch Manager to provide high-quality building products to customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent customer service and accurate order processing
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new buyers
  • Provide support and product information to customers as needed
  • Operate a PC and related software to manage tasks efficiently

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Meet expectations set by Branch Manager and budget
  • Show market awareness and initiative
  • Have professional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Be able to quickly learn and retain new product knowledge
  • Have customer sales experience, including cold-calling and telemarketing
  • Display a positive and approachable demeanor
  • Have aptitude for developing sales strategies
  • Be able to quote prices and communicate effectively
  • Handle cash and credit functions responsibly
  • Have strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Meet company timelines

Preferred Skills

  • Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English
  • 3+ years inside sales experience in related industry
