About the role
Gulfeagle Supply is seeking an Inside Sales representative who can build relationships and sell products to contractors and homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Work with Territory Manager and Branch Manager to provide high-quality building products to customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent customer service and accurate order processing
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new buyers
- Provide support and product information to customers as needed
- Operate a PC and related software to manage tasks efficiently
Requirements and Qualifications
- Meet expectations set by Branch Manager and budget
- Show market awareness and initiative
- Have professional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Be able to quickly learn and retain new product knowledge
- Have customer sales experience, including cold-calling and telemarketing
- Display a positive and approachable demeanor
- Have aptitude for developing sales strategies
- Be able to quote prices and communicate effectively
- Handle cash and credit functions responsibly
- Have strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Meet company timelines
Preferred Skills
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English
- 3+ years inside sales experience in related industry
