About the role
Gulfeagle Supply is seeking an Inside Sales representative who can build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Territory Manager and Branch Manager to provide high-quality building products to customers
- Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and service
- Process various types of customer orders and sales accurately
- Provide support and product information to the Territory Manager as needed
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new buyers
- Handle cash transactions and credit functions responsibly
- Operate a PC and related software to support sales efforts
- Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor for all interactions
- Multitask, prioritize, and meet company timelines
Requirements and Qualifications
- Meet expectations set by the Branch Manager and budget
- Show market awareness and initiative
- Have professional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Quickly learn and retain knowledge about new products and systems
- Support customers with product availability, pricing, and delivery information
- Have customer sales experience, including cold-calling and telemarketing
- Reflect a positive and approachable demeanor for all customers and vendors
- Develop counter and win sales strategies
- Be able to price quote and communicate effectively
- Handle cash and credit functions responsibly
- Operate a PC and related software
- Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor for all walk-in customers and vendors
- Willing to assist in any way
- Have aptitude for developing counter and winning sales strategies
- Be able to obtain and retain new buyers by creating long-lasting relationships
- Have experience and responsibility with cash handling and credit functions

Preferred Skills
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English
