About the role
The Inside Sales Associate drives offer consolidation for transactional new mainframe unit sales calls. You’ll assist with product selection, general inquiries, and promote consolidation of related SKUs within aligned customer verticals. This entry-level sales position serves as the initial introduction for new customers, focusing on developing customer profiles and strengthening engagement between end users and account management teams. A robust training and development program is provided to hone sales skills and support rapid career progression.
Responsibilities
- Create accounts for new customers and capture relevant information to foster future interactions and relationships.
- Inform and propose relevant solutions to maximize revenue and build mutually beneficial relationships with Fluke customers.
- Conduct outbound customer engagement and sales campaigns to:
- Initiate new relationships in relevant and emerging vertical markets.
- Drive consolidation by offering compatible solutions based on customer purchase history.
- Conduct market intelligence campaigns to capture market share in emerging fields such as solar and renewable energy.
- Propose premium care plans to help end users protect and extend the life of previously purchased Fluke products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or Education, or a minimum of 2 years of relevant B2B sales experience in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to identify, engage, and develop customers with little to no prior exposure to Fluke products or solutions.
- High learning proficiency and adaptability.
- Strong data literacy and practical application skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in information technology, data entry, and hypercube-database utilization.
- Proven track record of consistent sales, professional, and personal growth.
- Desire to learn, apply, contribute to, and refine an iterative sales process.

Pay
The pay range for this sales position (inclusive of sales incentives/commissions in local currency) is $27.81 - $42.11 hourly, or $58,400 - $87,600 annually.
Benefits
This position is eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
