Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
  • Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
  • Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents
  • Manage database and productivity reports
  • Commit to skill development through education and script practice
  • Become a real estate local expert
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Calls
  • Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

  • You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people.
  • You are passionate about selling and converting.
  • You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods.
  • You are passionate about teamwork and team-oriented goals.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have exceptional telephone skills.
  • You have sales experience and track to a quota.
  • You have excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • You are able to learn and internalize scripts.
  • You are a team player.
  • A real estate license is preferred.
