Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and our technical team to provide custom solutions that meet business needs.
- Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business in your assigned territory.
- Drive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Made 25-30 outbound calls per day, fostering connections with current and potential clients.
- Record customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM system, ensuring seamless follow-up.
- Use LinkedIn and other tools to research and source leads, turning prospects into clients.
- Cook with our technical team to run line trials, audits, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Be a trusted partner to our customers, aligning them with the best solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels of organizations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, mechanical, or marketing field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- High proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Self-starter who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments.
- 2+ years of sales experience, with a proven ability to manage multiple accounts and technical product lines.
- A talent for influencing and closing sales via phone.
- High proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred).
Pay
The salary for this role is $50,000-$60,000 + Incentive Plan. In addition to your salary, H.B.
