Inside Sales Account Executive - Outbound Sales

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new business through outbound phone, email, LinkedIn, and other consultative outreach.
• Consistently meet daily outbound activity expectations while building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
• Conduct discovery meetings to identify client goals, challenges, and marketing objectives.
• Present integrated advertising solutions across broadcast radio, streaming audio, podcasts, digital advertising, and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized recommendations and proposals.
• Meet and exceed activity, meeting, revenue, and sales goals.
• Manage opportunities and pipeline using salesforce, groove, zoom info, and other sales technologies.

What You'll Need

• Proven success in outbound prospecting and new business development.
• Strong consultative sales and relationship building skills.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline within a CRM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, metrics driven sales environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A competitive mindset with a desire to exceed sales goals.

Compensation

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for commissions. $13.46 - $16.83
