About the role
As an Outbound Sales Executive at Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, you will play a crucial part in driving the wholesale movement of outbound IT equipment. Your responsibilities include managing sales and purchasing transactions, developing strong buyer relationships, and helping determine how equipment should be positioned in the market.
Responsibilities
- Manage wholesale sales activities from initial equipment review through order completion, shipment, and invoicing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective buyers while identifying opportunities to expand Dynamic's buyer network.
- Travel to conferences, trade shows, customer meetings, and buyer locations to strengthen partnerships and gain a deeper understanding of market needs.
- Research current market conditions, historical sales, equipment specifications, comparable transactions, and buyer demand to establish accurate, competitive pricing.
- Evaluate unfamiliar, specialized, or previously unseen equipment and identify potential buyers and resale channels.
- Partner closely with Operations to determine how equipment should be tested, configured, packaged, grouped, harvested, or otherwise processed to improve its marketability.
- Maintain visibility into available inventory, incoming equipment, processing activity, and aging material to help prioritize sales and operational decisions.
- Cook up with buyers, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure transactions are completed accurately and on time.
- Proactively resolve issues that could delay inventory movement, customer delivery, or future sales opportunities.
- Analyze sales, pricing, inventory, and market data to identify trends and recommend the best sales channels including wholesale, ecommerce, auction, or alternative channels.
Requirements
- Post-high school education, professional training, or certification in business, business management, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- One to three years of experience in customer service, account management, sales support, or a related area.
- Familiarity with sales processes and customer transaction management.
- Previous experience with IT equipment, electronics, technology resale, or a related industry is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
- PREFERRED: Associate degree in business management or a related field
- PREFERRED: B2B customer service or account management experience
- PREFERRED: Experience working with ERP, CRM, accounting, ecommerce, or related business systems

- Confidence making day-to-day sales decisions, including when to sell, who to sell to, acceptable pricing, and appropriate transaction terms.

- Total Compensation: $63,500 - $80,000 annually
