About the role
As an Inside Mid-Market Client Manager at Lenovo, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key accounts within the mid-market segment. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth through strategic account management, customer engagement, and relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for assigned accounts.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans to capture market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Represent Lenovo at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or client management roles.
- Proven track record of successful account management and customer relationship building.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred.
