Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and followup.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer brands, purchasing requirements, business objectives, and growth opportunities.
- Provide strategic recommendations for promotional products, branded apparel, company stores, and ecommerce solutions.
- Congduct account reviews and identify opportunities for account growth and retention.
- Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Identify opportunities for crossselling, upselling, and account expansion.
- Follow up on quotes, proposals, and open opportunities.
- Generate new sales opportunities from customer history, inactive accounts, and ongoing account activity.
- Support customer reactivation and winback initiatives.
- Develop communication strategies that generate engagement and sales opportunities.
- Prepare quotes, presentations, and product recommendations.
- Cooordinate with graphics, purchasing, production, fulfillment, and warehouse teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Communicate project status updates and timelines to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and account activity within CRM systems.
- Support online company stores and branded merchandise programs.
- Review website content, merchandising strategies, and customerfacing digital experiences.
- Recommend improvements that enhance customer engagement and increase online sales.
- Aid with initiatives that improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Inside Sales, or a related customerfacing role.
- Direct experience in the promotional products industry.
- Experience managing ecommerce platforms, online company stores, or branded merchandise programs.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Pay
Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 annually
