Inpatient Therapist - PRN

About the role

We are seeking passionate, patient-centric, and goal-oriented team members to join our compassionate behavioral health team. We specialize in providing services such as crisis stabilization, inpatient care, and outpatient treatment for acute mental health and substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling therapies including group, individual, and family therapy for patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse issues.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team to develop individualized plans of care.
• Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling or relevant state licensure required.
• State licensure per state requirements.
• CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment.
• Prior work with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a psychiatric setting.
• Experience in crisis counseling and crisis evaluations preferred.
