Inpatient Therapist - PRN

About the role

We are seeking passionate, patient-centric, and goal-oriented team members to join our inpatient care team at Lifepoint Behavioral Health. Our mission is to provide compassionate behavioral health services, including crisis stabilization, inpatient care, and outpatient treatment for acute mental health and substance use disorders. We aim to decrease suicide rates, reduce addiction-related deaths, and improve community productivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling therapies to patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse disorders, including group, individual, and family sessions.
• Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling or relevant licensure in state of practice.
• Current unencumbered state licensure per state requirements.
• CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment and prior to patient contact.
• Prior work experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
