Inpatient Therapist (Licensed) - PRN

Responsibilities

• Provide direct psychiatric and substance abuse care to patients across age groups in an acute setting
• Conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, outside providers, and community agencies to coordinate treatment and discharge planning
• Support crisis intervention and create behavioral plans
• Educate and advocate for patients and families to ensure appropriate follow-up care

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Human Services or related field (preferably Social Work)
• Licensure as LPC, LPC-A, LMFT, or LMSW
• CPR and hospital de-escalation certifications
• One to three years of clinical inpatient psychiatric experience
