Role Overview Provides direct patient care in an inpatient surgical setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care according to established standards. Key Responsibilities Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities; engage in professional development.Develop and document individualized care plans aligned with team and patient goals, ensuring effective communication.Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.Maintain a safe environment, working alertly and adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree; preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.Licenses & Certifications: Active RN license.Experience: No prior experience required; however, two years of experience is preferred.
