Role: PRN Inpatient Rehab RN Responsibilities Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.Administer medications and support patient mobility and functional recovery.Collaborate closely with physicians and therapy teams to coordinate care.Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery processes.Ensure safe discharges and continuity of care.
