Inpatient Rehab RN

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to adult patients recovering from surgery, stroke, and complex conditions.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and administer medications.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery processes.
• Support safe discharges and uphold quality and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN licensure.
• Strong clinical skills in rehabilitation nursing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to provide patient‑centered, evidence‑based care.
