Inpatient Registered Nurse RN - ECB/As Needed

Oklahoma Surgical Hospital (OSH) is a physician-owned facility dedicated to providing high-quality personalized healthcare. We are seeking passionate, dedicated individuals to join our team of over 550 professionals.

Responsibilities

• Work as needed, including part-time or full-time hours during orientation, and a minimum of 24 hours per month thereafter.
• Deliver personalized comprehensive care to patients through the nursing process, using therapeutic use of self, innovative technology, and collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Provide leadership to non-licensed staff by prescribing, delegating, and coordinating medical-surgical nursing care to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Current Oklahoma or multi-state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Completion of ACLS certification within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

No prior experience required. Candidates must be knowledgeable and demonstrate competency in current nursing practices that are unit/age specific.
