Inpatient Psychiatric Nurse Manager

Role: Assistant Nurse Manager for inpatient psychiatric unit. Responsibilities: Support the nurse manager in leading a patient-focused team to deliver safe, evidence-based behavioral health care. Supervise and mentor staff, coordinate daily operations, support crisis intervention, ensure regulatory and documentation compliance, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on individualized treatment plans. Qualifications & Skills: Strong leadership and supervisory abilities, knowledge of behavioral health practices, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
