Inpatient Physiatry Faculty
About the Role
Seeking a full-time Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to provide inpatient rehabilitation care at a level I trauma center with a 16-bed unit. The role involves evaluating and managing patients with neurologic, musculoskeletal, and complex medical needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team including therapists, nurses, and case management.
The position offers an academic appointment with access to faculty development, mentoring, and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative, teaching environment dedicated to clinical excellence, research, and community health.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with neurologic, musculoskeletal, and complex medical needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
- Participate in quality improvement and program development initiatives.
- Contribute to medical student and resident education.

- Strong clinical skills in rehabilitation medicine.
