About the role

Responsibilities

• Providing attending-level inpatient PM&R care on a 16-bed rehabilitation unit
• Evaluating and managing patients with neurologic, musculoskeletal, and complex medical conditions
• Developing and overseeing individualized rehabilitation treatment plans
• Monitoring patient progress and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, psychologists, and case managers
• Participating in quality improvement and program development initiatives
• Contributing to medical student and resident education in a supportive teaching environment

Qualifications and Skills

• Medical degree with board certification or eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings and managing complex cases
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills
• Commitment to academic growth and clinical excellence
