Inpatient Physiatry Faculty

Position: Inpatient Physiatry Faculty Role & Responsibilities: Provide expert inpatient Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) care on a 16-bed unit at a Level I trauma center. Evaluate and manage patients with neurologic, musculoskeletal, and complex medical conditions, developing personalized rehabilitation plans. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including therapists, nurses, and case managers to monitor progress and adjust treatments. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support clinical and academic growth. Qualifications & Skills: Board certification or eligibility in PM&R, strong clinical expertise in neurologic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, excellent collaboration and communication abilities, and interest in academic medicine, teaching, and research.
