Inpatient Neurology - Full Time Hybrid NP/PA

About the role

The Atrium Health Neurosciences Institute is seeking a qualified Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join their rapidly growing healthcare system located in the Charlotte area. The position involves providing neurologic care in a collaborative environment on a well-established inpatient neurology team.

Responsibilities

• Provide neurologic care in a collaborative environment on a well-established inpatient neurology team.
• Collaborate with a team of 2 physicians and 1-2 APPs to manage approximately 15 patients per day.
• Work in a 10-hour shift (7am – 5pm) with potential for 7 on / 7 off scheduling or variable scheduling.
• Participate in a well-established inpatient consulting service with two other APPs and 12 neurohospitalist physicians.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA).
• Prior Neurology experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) in the state of North Carolina.
• Current certification as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) in the state of North Carolina.

Pay

$51.05 - $76.60 based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training.

Schedule

Full-time position with 10-hour shifts (7am – 5pm), weekday and weekend shifts, potentially 7 on / 7 off scheduling, or variable scheduling.
